    I know, it's good but it could boost the "homosexuals can't hold down relationships, are polygamists etc." crap.

    Because if memory serves when two women got married in another state and tried to get divorced there was a huge legal battle saying it was illegal to allow them to divorce

    Amazing that straights protect divorce just like protecting marriage >_> You'd figure they'd rather make divorce illegal since they want to protect marriage so badly.
