    Shariah law is a funny thing. There are people who have been basically advocating for a good chunk of it to be enacted in america for decades now... and none of them are Muslims.

    They are christians, who want to enact their interpretation of christanity as law, imposing their religious beliefs upon americans, women, gays, and racial and ethnic minorities, including other religions. They also has a designation as the far right wing of the republican party, which are the ones who are shouting about stopping shariah law while demanding we put in place their religious beliefs as basically a form of it.

    I see very little truth in Cain's statements, because it is safe to say he would actually knowingly take on a gay cabinant member.

    He has anti-gay views, so he was just stirring the pot to get noticed, because the crowd he was speaking to, and the party he is seeking the nomination from will not stand for gay rights.

    I don't know that cain is a racist, but being a buisnessman only means as president, you will be inclined to further erode the stability of the middle class for the profits of a select few coorporate bigwigs who ultimately are choosing willingly to stand in the way of actually creating jobs, or providing any benifit to the american econamy so they can squeeze more money without providing inovation, growth, or actual effort.
