    Good catch, I didn't notice that. Interesting.

    The thing you have to remember about Anne Coulter is... she doesn't believe anything she says. She is an entertainer, not a news commentator. She says completely outrageous things *solely* to gain notoriety and sell books and get people talking about her. Basically, she's a troll in the media, but a lot of people don't realize it (including, likely, most or all of her supporters, who genuinely believe and support what she says.)

    ...Which is what makes her that much more detestable. At least most of the other right-wing nutbars honestly believe (however misguidedly) that their views and actions are contributing positively to society.

    If my mother was Ann Coulter, I would tell her I was LGBT even if I wasn't. I would also tell her I thought Communism would work for America and that I'm a Muslim. JUST to piss her off.

    Well... there is that. I don't like the woman, and I do believe that she inflames the already-off-their-rocker crazies in the right wing of america. And I do wish she'd just go away.

    She's kind of the Bill Maher of the right I suppose.

    She can be out there, but I think she is extremely entertaining and watch her every chance I get, if only to hear what she will say next..going out to buy her new book soon :slight_smile:

    Funny thing is... apparently she and Bill Maher are really good friends. He's mentioned this in interviews a few times, and he said in one interview that her real beliefs are *nothing* like what she says. Dunno if I fully believe that, but it's an intriguing possibility. :slight_smile:

    Honestly, I get a kick out of everything she says. Mostly because I know it's complete bullshit, and that she most likely doesn't really believe in most of what she says/writes anyway. Now, I just wish her target audience wouldn't take everything she said as "gospel."

    I saw this interview on Piers Morgan Tonight and as I’m not American I didn’t know her. I got so angry :tantrum:. I’m just glad I’m not American. I wouldn’t be able to deal with these homophobic politicians. Say what you want about South Africa but at least our politicians respect equal rights for all.

    BTW- I'd like to kick her in her vagina. :***:
