goverment should not be funding religious institutions... expecially if those institutions are active participaters in hatefilled and at times violent discrimination against whole groups of american citizens...

 

True, but they definitely should be getting the religious institutions to continue to provide foster care. I think helping kids is a bit more important than whether religion should be funded.

 

i say funnel that money into actual adoption agencies that are not bound by religious dogma.

Is it in a child's best interest to be not allowed to be adopted by loving gay parents who can provides for all of their needs, and give them a good, loving, nuturing home to grow up in, simply because religious zealot hypocrites have a vendetta against a whole group of people?
