I have nothing but tremendous respect for anyone who survived the Holocaust, and nothing but contempt & disgust for those who claimed it never happened or that it's an exaggeration. RIP Rudolf Brazda, and may you find the peace in the next life that was denied to you in this one...

and the sad thing is homophobes will continue to push the disproven idea that the nazi's were pro-homosexuality.

it demeans and devalues the suffering of people like this man who has faced more adversity than most people will ever face in their life.

I have tremendous respect for him. I studied this in 8th grade and what they all went through was completely horrible. Anyone who went through that and survived are true survivors

I must say, I'm suprised (pleasantly, though) to hear that someone was healthy enough to live that long after living in a concentration camp. Sad to hear what he went through, but glad to hear he lived so long.

This really sucks, especially so because only a few days ago I was reading an article about him.

The horrible thing is that, although the other holocaust prisoners were released after the war, homosexuals were not in many cases as it was still against the law.
