    He put a gun in in his backpack, brought it to school, and shot someone. That is not a crime of passion no matter how you spin it. This kid doesnt deserve a lesser manslaughter charge. This was obviously a premeditated crime, and he deserves to be charged for it.

    I personally want to see this kid burn but any jury who finds this kid not guilty must have issues even if they go the manslaughter route. if it was in the heat of the moment he would not have brought the gun. hopefully he is found guilty and locked up for the remainder of his natural life
