New Hampshire Gay marriage repeal advances, bill would allow civil unions

Disappointing, but not shocking. With a sudden surge of Republican mania overtaking many legislatures in the country, I'm expecting to see more than one of these repeals.

 

such moves have already been declared unconstitutional. it will be grounds for another prop 8 style court case because it involves people voting to take away rights already granted to american citizens (even though in this case, it is a legislative body). Equal and due process under the law already mandates that all citizens are treated equally under the law. it is unconstitutional before it even goes to the full chamber.
