Tunisian Government: 'Gays have a right to exist'

    Tunisia is a mostly Islamic/Muslim country and I'm pretty sure that they're drafting a new Constitution because of the revolutions. I think it would be the first time an Islamic country has embraced LGBT rights so openly but I might be wrong about that.

    Either way though, it's progress. ^_^

    That is one of the nicest things I heard about LGBT people in a long time, and it means more from a Muslim country.

    From the way that everything seems to be going over there it seems they are moving in the right direction. The party that is muslim are saying they would be for everyone and have no intention of sharia law whereas Libya is probably going to be sharia law.
