We lost another young man last Sunday... Candlelight memorial held for bullied teen who committed suicide - KCPQ Brief:
i just get so sick when i hear of these poor gay kids who feel they have to commit suicide! i used to think it was easier for teens today than it was in my day, but now im starting to wonder. in my day, there would be ridicule, but then people would carry on with their life. i wonder if kids today are just that much more a s s holish that they feel they need to pick on gay kids until those gay kids reach the breaking point. its just so freakin sad, high school only last 4 years, you have your whole life ahead of you and so many more people accept you than ever before once you're an adult. one of life's cruel ironies.
not another one, this is getting beyond stupid. Homophobic bulling need to be criminalised and it needs to be done yesterday.
I want to punch a fricking wall. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! This needs to stop. The worst part of this is that I want so badly to help these kids, but have no idea how. I feel so useless.
I wanted to thank you all for your support, I just found this site after looking for memorials online for him. I am his aunt, I just want to tell you all how wonderful he was, how sweet and funny and a beautiful soul he had. Sadly none of the children were suspended or anything however we are getting the word out that it is NOT ok to bully anyone for ANY reason. I lost an amazing friend, nephew and companion. I wish we could change it all but sadly it is not possible. Again thank you all for support and god bless.
