Interesting article. I'd heard about both the other cases. 'Sex change man' is not a proper label, and since the term sex change isn't used by either medical professionals or transsexuals, they shouldn't be using it either. Obviously not the OP's fault, just point out that it could have been better informed.

Indeed, I think they put it that way just to get the views in the papers.

I don't see why the baby won't be normal; the pregnancy should be fine, and whether the child has same-sex or opposite-sex parents, that makes no difference. The baby's father is an ordinary man in almost all ways. I fail to see what's wrong with it (though I can understand why the people quoted in the article disagree).

    Uhg...

He's a human being. If he has functioning parts and wants to carry a child, that's his right. Why bring ethics into it? Ethics state that if it causes less harm than it does good stuff, it's fine. Who is he harming? Sure, the child might get confused at first, but that isn't a worthy argument; children can be raised and taught to understand.

It's not "distorting nature". :| He's using the parts nature gave him. Oi.

Either way... Congrats to the father! :]

I see no problems with this.
