Starting a GSA at my school!

    Okay well I have been thinking how cool it would be for a while now, and last night I finally started work! today I sent a long and rather sad and meaningful Email to my school, emphasizing the importance of a GSA in our school, our city has the second highest gay density on the continent, yet homophobia is a constant problem.
    So anyways, I got a reply from one of the higher up teachers. She has approved my idea!
    now it still has a long way to go before its finalized, but so far its looking good! not bad for a days work
    So yeah, just thought its be pretty cool to let you guys know, I hope this helps alot of kids at my school, I've seen how they suffer.

    Yes! I think it does absolutely make a difference, and it was my first step out in college. Kudos. I'm glad you're receiving support from the administration, too.
