With several countries and jurisdictions heading towards marriage equality (looking especially at US states, Denmark, Brazil) and others looking to discuss it (UK, Australia, Germany), can you see a domino effect happening soon in which gay marriage becomes legal almost West-wide, and even a bit beyond (east Asia, Latin America especially)? Personally, I can see the 10 countries in which it's legal doubling to 20 by 2014. If this were to happen, would there be a surge of acceptance or at least apathy towards marriage/adoption/homosexuality/transgenderism in Western countries also? What do you all think?
