    Hey EC,

There are currently two separate inquiries into same-sex marriage being conducted in Australia. The first is the Senate Inquiry into the Marriage Equality Amendment Bill 2010, tabled by Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young. The second inquiry is the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Social Policy and Legal Affairs for the Marriage Equality Amendment Bill 2012 (Mr Bandt MP) and Marriage Amendment Bill 2012 (Mr Jones MP).

For those of us within Australia I suggest you complete the Senate Inquiry and the House of Reps inquiry. Also for our international friends the House of Representatives Inquiry only requires a valid email address to complete the survey, so I suggest you guys should take a minute to fill that out.

    Thanks
