Does anyone know what states have anti-discrimination laws for gay teachers..so that they cannot be fired or discriminated against for being gay?

Well, according to File:LGBT employment discrimination law in the United States.svg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia,

states with discrimination laws concerning sexual orientation and gender identity for ALL forms of employment are Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Jersey. DC is included.

Looks like a handful of others have other laws that don't necessarily ban all forms of discrimination for all forms of employment, but ban some things.
