    Did anyone else's heads spin when they got to that part? That is classical victim-blaming. "It's your fault we had to prosecute you under a failed and wasteful policy that my colleagues and party enacted." That is genuinely just vile.

    The House of Delegates voted 33 to 31, with 10 abstentions, to make Richmond prosecutor Tracy Thorne-Begland a General District Court judge in Richmond. He had needed 51 votes in the 100-member chamber to win appointment.

    Umm were the other 26 delegates sleeping or something? The math doesn't even add up...
