    He has a university degree? Yet, his heart is full of ignorance and hate.

    Just because you can write a paper on global economics, decipher ancient text from a forgotten culture, or build a bomb that can pulverize an entire city, doesn't mean you're not utterly stupid.

    But let's face it, Azerbaijan's neighbours are Iran, Turkey, Russia, Georgia and Armenia. Not the world's gay friendliest region... :/

    All you need for a degree is a university to give it to you.. and even at a reputable university you can get a degree in basket-weaving.
