so in other words, a lot is riding on this...If they agree, then it might do nothing except most likely be ruled once again wrong but would only effect California which don't get me wrong would be great. But if the en banc is denied...it could indeed be the big deal. Because we all know the Prop 8 backers will take it to the Supremes...they're a never-give-up-but-please-for-heavens-sake-give-up-already type of group
