    What's great about all these rulings is, if it ever is to come to the Supreme Court, the rulings have been very consistent and have been constantly citing the 14th Amendment to show it violates the constitution. This is why people ought to stop worrying about having a "Conservative Supreme Court". They have a job - to interpret the constitution, but it's very, very difficult to prove that denying these rights doesn't violate the 14th. I think the odds in the SuCo are extremely favorable.
