The good news is it as less than 200 likes and almost 16 thousand dislikes.

This can't possible be real. I dont doubt the fact that Romney might want to run an ad like this, but I would be amazed if he was this suicidal. It seems more like a ad "for him", not by him. Though I could be wrong, its just too illogical.

    That is a beautiful thing.

FYI: This ad has a greater percentage of dislikes than even Rick Perry's infamous "Strong" ad got. At the time of this writing, it has half as many likes, percentage-wise.

It's not by his campaign, no. It's by a PAC, but PAC ads tend to be against a candidate rather than for one, which is why I characterized it as Romney/Ryan. Pro-Romney would have been a better wording, so I'll change it.

Psh, the husband is SO in the closet. You can tell by his hesitation to agree with his wife ^^

But all jokes aside, this is the kinda offensive shit that gets on my nerves... Good job Romney, you're making LGBT even MORE estranged to society. Great, I'm glad you're showing a concern for all of the gay teens that are hurt by cyber bullying.

    Giant S.O.B!!!

Oh, I wasnt talking about you. As long as Romney/Ryans name is the center of the ad it should be treated as if it was their own.

It is just that if Romney has any sense he would tell PAC to cut the ad because its not going to do him any justice.

You can't have christian values while you masterbate your ego to the antithesis that is Ayn Rand's corrupted philosphies.

Of course it will help their candidate. 44% of Americans are against marriage equality. Just because that number is less than 50% doesn't mean that promoting hatred is out of fashion. We care about our liberty, and the only way to sell us on restricting the freedoms of others is to pretend their their freedoms are being "forced" on you. The votes of the stupid and the evil have been won time and time again by rhetoric like this.

Given that this election is going to be decided by a 6% independent minority, I really don't see how that criticism of Sun is valid or necessary. What SunSparks implies is how this ad would endear Romney to those independents (which is to say, "likely not at all"), not the hateful base that intends to vote for him regardless of the ad.

The crap level of that commercial reminded me of Starship Troopers and the way stupid/over the top propaganda videos about killing bugs.
