Brandon Spikes compares fear of spiders to fear of homosexuals

I would scream if I saw any stranger in my bathtub, regardless of their sexual orientation.

 

honestly, I saw that joke as mainly self-depreciating on his part; he was laughing at himself, which I think she be included in any dissection of it.

I laughed myself; it was nice to see a good punchline to a joke about gay people.

I think that this shouldnt be considered on par with saying 'gays destroy society', 'gays are rapist and pedophiles', and 'god hates fags'.

I would scream too if I find anything at all on my bath tub other than body wash, soap, or shampoo. THERE SHOULD BE NOTHING IN THERE!

It's really not all that offensive, I dunno...I laughed!

 

I think it's pretty funny too. I feel bad that Spikes is taking heat for this because he seems like a pretty cool guy (not to mention he's a good player on my fav team :eusa_danc). The story is ultimately just making some lgbt folks look bad cause they can't take a joke. I hope it blows over like now.

 

I think at the end of the day, you have to work to be offended by this.
