School drops Boy Scouts over policy on gays

Funny that it is a Conservative school. But good for them.
It's easy to keep forgetting the boy scouts in the U.S. are so homophobic, when that's not the case here.

 

It's a shame what this will mean for the kids who benefit from the organization, but actions like this are probably the only way to get through to BSA that they need to change their policy.

 

I don't think it is funny that it is a conservative school. Fundementalist judiesm is an extreme minority in jewish circles compaired to fundementalist christanity, and therefore, it has very little real world compaired to the right wing fundie christians.

homophobia is therefore less previlent in conservative jewish faith than it is in conserative christian faith.

 

I do not understand this part of your post and therefore do not understand your argument either.
