    In my country, Colombia, some debates are being held in the congress in order to pass the legalization of civil unions between same sex couples... and this is what one of the senators said... It's sad. I just wanted to share this with you.

    Yeah, my dad told me about the incident. I was beyond disgusted by it.

    Good news though, it seems like he shocked plenty of people which does show at least some progress is being made. I haven't lived there in years so you might know more than me, but from what I hear its not nearly as horrible as it was years ago.
