And some people still feel comfortable going out into media, writing and saying things about how unnatural and sinful homosexuality is... It astonishes me that these people don`t realize they should have young ended lives on their concience. I am amazed by the fact that they don`t seem to be realizing that their hate is actually killing children. I just don`t get it ... If my sibling had taken his/her own life, because of what some people did and said, I don`t know what I`d do. I am almost sure that I would definitely at some point get violent. I probably would just direct it at the first a**h*** with a sign, or the first jacka** who`d quote the bible to me. I`d just get violent. I feel so for these poor parents :frowning2:

wow, i read the comments on that news article page... the kid's dead and some people are actually saying he had it coming, 'choosing to life like that'. it's just disgusting how cruel people can be, and also, since when is sexuality a choice?

The truth is It's gets better project really did not help and it certainly did not help me at all. The project was cheesy to me personally. Gay suicides are getting out of control I experienced a gay friend of mine committing suicide and it is still hard to to wrap my mind around it. Hell you never will be able to wrap your mind around why people bully and why people suicide but you learn to deal with it with compassion and understanding. Nothing will change people's extreme hateful attitudes towards homosexuality and this shows how desperate people are to ostracize us.

I read about this poor kid on Advocate this morning and it just sickened me how horrible he must have felt in order to kill himself. No one should feel that way. What's wrong with this world is the unapologetic cruelty of his classmates, who likely learned that behavior at home. He looked like a bright, happy kid who should have had lots to look forward to in life. I wish he had found us and maybe EC could have helped him. RIP, Joshua. :frowning2:
