A lot of older people are anti-same-sex marriage - however most of our generation is pro. When we all get old enough to vote then same-sex marriage could be legal. We're already the slim majority - 53% of Americans support same-sex marriage now. God, I hope it gets legalized!

It will be legal nationwide in the USA. No doubt about it. It's not about "if" anymore, it's about "when".

The same is true for many other countries around the globe.

Once we have control of the governments, things will be different.

I give it 20 years tops for the USA!

I won't put it on people who are older than me, there are plenty who are supportive. There are plenty of people my age who are not. What about their children, who are not dead? Alot take their parents' ideas. Alot don't. It's not about age, there was never an age when this was okay.

You're right it isn't about age it is more of a culture thing, for example my ex lived in the south and no one accepted it, but up here everyone is accepting :eusa_danc.

I live in the south too, and I used to believe it was wrong to marry someone of the same sex.

I hope it's sooner then later I want to get married while I'm still young. I have my fingers crossed.

I never thought I would see the day same-sex marriage would be legal but now I believe I will.
