Owner Sends 'Gay' Dog To Be Euthanized

The only dog that needs to be euthanized in this scenario is the owner.

I think the owner needs to get humped - by a big old bear. A big old hungry bear. (And no, I'm not talking about the hairy gay guy.)

If I would have seen this happen, shit would have gone down. You don't mess with animals. You don't. At all.

 

That's just... it's just sick.

 

You have no idea how much this enrages me...not only to stop loving your pet (who is part of your family) but also to try to kill him because he got horny and humped another dog is beyond ridiculous, it's reaching the area of cruelty. Not to mention how idiotic the guy is to apply is own negative stigma of human homosexuality to his pet, who obviously has no comprehension of such bigotry. People like this who are eager and willing to throw away the life of an animal and murder (yea, I'm going to go as far and say that this man was attempting have this dog murdered) their own pet over something as insignificant as getting horny and humping something should not be allowed to have pets because it's quite obvious that they will NEVER have an animal's best interest at heart but will only be thinking about their own small and delusional world.

 

I was going to guess Mississippi but Tennessee isn't too shocking. As you said, there are stupid people...and then there is the Texan mentality.

A women has now adopted the "Gay" dog.

 

Hurray for the adoption! I hate seeing all animals being mistreated, but dogs really break my heart.

People are always stupid, but I thought most places won't euthanize an animal unless something is legitimately wrong with it. If I were a vet and someone was like I'd like to have my pet euthanized cause it's gay, I'd be like lol run along I have more important things to do.

 

Ok, that just crossed the line. Like seriously, THAT is fuckin animal cruelty! And shame on the damn shelter for actually about to go through with the murder! This is just straight up insanity!

 

My friends saw this the day they sent the dog there and we called the shelter and where ready to drive down and save it from Maryland but they called back and said someone had already picked it up xD

While I find it sad this dog ended up in the shelter for being "gay", why is this dog so special? Animals get PTS in shelters every single day because they came in as strays, their owner no longer wanted them, they are "sick", they are "aggressive", etc. No, I know the answer to my question, he's special because he was brought to the public eye with a ridiculous story, but you don't see the headline news of the dog put to sleep because it came in as a stray and the shelter has no room, so has to euthanize.

It's good to see he was adopted, but hopefully this person didn't adopt him just because of his story and fame, and will indeed give him a good forever home.
