    I wanted to say Present lol.

    I don't see how that could be the case in the future because, the people of Illinois can't make a petition to overturn the law. They can't go to ballot box in the state on this issue unless the House were to vote that way and I don't believe they will. In Washington, Maine, and Maryland you can make a petition overturn a law and those can become successful.

    I mean this law will basically be in stone if passed.
