LGBT News Russians to Retake Alaska to Stop Gay Marriage?

But I thought Alaska was sold, not taken like in war... wtf?

 

I really thought that this was satire at first. I was disappointed when it was not...

 

Hmmm... on one hand, Alaska belongs to the US. We bought it, and They can't demand we return it to them. On the other hand, we'd be getting rid of Sarah Palin.

 

Perhaps they can compromise and promise to take in Alaska's Orthodox refugees, who will surely be forced to flee the states if America legalizes same-sex marriage?

 

Yup the ability for one group to force everyone else to live in subpar conditions is the most important issue.

If Russia does this it would be an act of war. That would basically mean a war with Russia over LGBT rights. I don't really want to fight in a war, but if there was one to hold my values I guess this would be it.

However I don't think they're really that idiotic to do something so rash as that, plus lets remember this came from a crazy fundamentalist group and if people took everything that crazy fundi groups haves said in the US then we'd be pretty deep in WWIV by now.

Nah, that wouldn't happen since we've already gotten plenty of LGBT people integrated into our military (Even if not officially, they're there and people know about it) when compared to 'colored' people who where strictly removed from being able to serve.

You might see a whole lot more LGBT friendly soldiers or at least you should since their boss would be making a war based on defending LGBT rights.

Those people who say they can't stand Obama, and yet serve in the military and seem to forget that he can 'fire' any of them :bang:.

Ugh. I've taken something to help me sleep. Most of this looks like nonsense. Wish the words would stop moving. Wanted to say something important.

Offer the 50k or so Orthodox there the right to go home to Russia. Let them become Russia's problem. Since so many of them are opposed to us, having them abandon their American citizenship for Russian citizenship would make it easier to swing events in our favor.

Let the crazy religious people sing. So long as we come out in a better and strong position in the end.

But since this is ridiculous anyways, how about a compromise? We give them Alaska, and we make Puerto Rico a state. That way we lose Palin, give the PRs what they want, while further destabilizing the politics of the other side of the planet.

 

This would be on crazy confrontation. People would fight for America...over gays. Talk about a total 180 for some people!

It would really make Russia look pathetic if they did anything stupid.... Because a majority of the world accepts gay individuals. But I won't ever put it past anyone.....
