    Texas A&M student president vetoes LGBT funding

    I know that Texas A&M is now on my list of possible colleges.

    This was a great comment I read in the comments section:

    "I notice there was no opt-out clause for those who didn't wish to fund religion based organizations... My, my, how those who believe in equal rights persecute the religious right.....SHEESH!"

    It raises a great point...

    Really happy the bill was vetoed. Ridiculous that in 2013 things like this still get passed at colleges. Absolutely ridiculous.
