LGBT News RuPaul slams Amanda Bynes after usage of 'faggot' in recent Twitter rant

Amanda clearly has some mental issues, and they REALLY need to get her some help.

I like her, but it's sad that even though her family is trying to get help, she's refusing it, so nothing's happening. :S

 

It's sad watching her downward spiral and all the people turning it into a huge joke. She really needs help that she isn't getting. :/

That said, I thought Ru handled this firmly yet gracefully.

 

I agree that Amanda Bynes shouldn't have used that word, but RuPaul's also thrown around "tr***y" and defended its use before, so he shouldn't really criticize people for using slurs.

 

Who cares about Amanda Bynes? Another washed-up has-been with too much money and free time and wants publicity, negative or positive doesn't matter.

Watch she'll retreat back into her cave and then re-surface in 5, 10 years all reformed, she'll "find Jesus" and then start preaching to gays about how sinful and shameful they are, like Kirk Cameron.

If you've been paying attention to her in the news lately, it's quite clear there's something seriously wrong in her head.

Everyone who knows her says this, she cut contact off from her family and friends, etc.

It's getting to the point the next thing that happens, I expect them to take her to a hospital by force, if not her getting arrested for more illegal activities.

 

I don't like the liberal use of the verb slam when referring to a verbal squabble.

 

Amanda Bynes is more washed up than the Pacific at high tide. She definitely deserved it haha

I don`t think people should hate/throw crap back at Amanda Bynes. She`s not just some ignorant a**-wipe, she`s a young girl who desperately needs some help, whether she`ll admit it or not. I would guess that it`s a mix between her alchohol/drug problems and MH issues of some kind. She has been on a rapid decline for a couple of years now, this last year she seems to have lost control completely. She`s hating on everyone, losing tons of jobs, getting arrested and getting into trouble on a daily basis.

So, don`t hate her, just pity her. I do, and I am really thinking she might be the next celebrity OD victim. If she continues like this, she really could be the next one in Hollywood to die young. It`s actually really terrible And all her parents seems to do is go out to the media and talk about all her issues. Why aren`t they only talking about it with her? What`s going on there? If it was my daughter/sister, I wouldn`t go out and do an interview, telling everyone how my daughter "hears voices". It`s sickening.

You have no evidence it was meant in a way to call them gay in a derogatory manner. For all you know, she just meant it as an insult.
