I'd imagine he was involved in some of the particularly rough and not exactly caring end of porn. It's not exactly uncommon for those involved in certain aspects of the pornographic world to experience severe rectal trauma which requires surgical intervention, especially when the emphasis is less on the physical health of the individual and more on the end product. It's stated in the link he was involved in BDSM porn, and depending on the market and where their emphasis is (health or scenes) that really can cause severe trauma to the sphincter.

I'm not going to mock the fact he states that demonic entities are released due to anal sex, especially as it seems he is referring to spiritual and mental states, with the demons themselves being a reflection of the spiritual state of the individual which in turn affect the spiritual state of those they interact with. Not a stance I agree with, but I can understand how he came to that view given how he came into Christianity in the first place. He may well believe that anal sex creates a portal between worlds he does not technically claim he is a converted gay; he is simple an ex gay porn star, his web site makes it perfectly clear that he is still gay but believes he has been called through his sexuality to carry a cross of persecution, to show the love of God is greater than his orientation. I do think that, like many before him, he has gone for the version of Christianity that comforts him the most.

I'm not sure I'd necessarily label the views as homophobic, but I think they are misguided and reflect not only his past but the individual who reached out to him the most during a stage of great uncertainty in his life.

I feel like he's really out there with the things he says but I can't help but feel sorry for him since it must be tough to live with the stigma of being a former gay pornstar and christians saying they'd accept him as long as he did/believed x y and z (or that they or jesus loved him no matter what) probably had a lot of influence on him

Oh my God, he cannot be serious. I guess there would be some advantages to giving birth to the devil as opposed to babies. For one, the devil can take care of himself, no one has to pay child support for him, there's no diapers or formula to buy.... Just one problem. No one can claim him as a dependent on tax returns.
