    This is a fantastic ruling by the court. For once I agree with Justice Thomas... wait, did hell just freeze over? :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    A unanimous ruling by the Supreme Court is amazing. I believe this will have a very positive influence on biotech research.

    Huh?? Unanimous?? Wow they can all finally agree. I wasn't really following this case that closely, but I'm glad they made that ruling.

    unanimus deicisions are not as rare for SCOTUS as some people would want you to think.

    It's terrible this had to be brought to SCOTUS in the first place.
    Fortunately the EU had already disregarded this 'patent'.
