    I get this every once in a while.. Does anyone know what the problem is?

    It means the domain name is registered, and pointing to a web server, but the server it's pointing to has, essentially, a blank page where the website is supposed to be.

    Only happens with EC though, so I'm confused seeing as I'm on Chat then the next minute that message comes up.
