I just tried and couldn't get to it either. Since the post with the link is from 2008, my first guess would be that the thread it links to is no longer there.
It looks like it links to an old version of the game. We've had to shut down the Hot Guy Game thread and remove it several times because people kept posting pictures that were inappropriate for our 13+ audience.
