Can I confirm that profiles and albums are at the widest only visible to registered members?

That's right. The same goes for blogs.

A suggestion... might it be possible to have album privacy so that only Full Members can view that album?

Bump (though it's already at the top haha).

But seriously. Can this be implemented?

It's already possible to set album privacy so only people you add as friends can see the album but a Full Members-only option is not in place.
It depends on the hacks we have access to so someone with control over those would have to take a look.

    Thanks, appreciate the reply.

It'd definitely be nice to have. The difference in setting for 'public' versus 'registered members' is effectively none - as anyone can create an account off the bat. The Full Member restriction seems to be more meaningful.

Appreciate it if an EC staff programming guru could look into this for us
