Hi to all admins and mods!I was just curious about the primary album picture. I tried 3 times to request for it to be changed to another picture inside the album and still it wasn't approved. My default pic in the album is still the same. Sorry for posting. Just curious why it was still the same and taking time to be approved?Thank you for your patience with me and thanks in advance!:smilewave
You may not have waited long enough for your pictures to be approved before using them. They might also be too big or in the wrong format.
The pictures were approved already. It's just that, I wanted to change the default primary picture on the album itself..Sorry for the confusion..
Hey, Can you link to the picture you wish to be the album cover? Usually any changes to pictures or albums (descriptions etc) will cause it to re-enter the moderation queue, but we've had a few issues lately with phantom notifications that seem to be preventing changes being made because of not entering the moderation queue properly.
