can I post sexy pictures of anime characters ?

Actually since it has been brought up by OP here, I am going to input my own related question, or maybe someone can direct me to that section of the code of conduct where it explains sexual stuff and art.

Obvious no uploading any pornographic drawings, or nudes, but none the less it does show up in art work. Is pixeling the nude inappropriate areas out before upload going to solve it, or is the suggestion of sexual materiel just outright banned?

For example if you were to draw a bunch of mermaids in a more naturalistic environment, does blurring out private parts make it okay? Obvious there is more to a piece than just the nude aspects, such as water texture, lighting, shadowing, and the "big picture".

I just seriously have wondered. And Anime being a form of art of it's own makes things even more complicated because most females in anime are characterized by being well endowed and in very skimpy clothing.
