I sent that form thing you have to fill out about a week ago and i've been here over 2 weeks and made over the limit of posts they expect you to make before you become full member but why am I still regular member? Thanks!
It takes roughly a month after submitting your application to become a full member, assuming everything checks out. I think it was about five weeks for me.
