Problem with passwords.

    I keep getting locked out of my account. I'm definitely entering the correct password (and do not have caps on) but find I'm using up the five password attempts, getting locked out and then having to request a reset. This has been happening the last two days now (have not had the problem before.

    Is this a known issue?
