    I couldn't use the site for over 1 hour. The site wouldn't load until now...

    I think that it may have been. I could not get on for an hour and a half. Also, the lack of posts in that timespan lead me to believe that the site was down during that time too. I'm sure somebody that knows more will stop by and fill us in :slight_smile:

    Yeah, EC was down for about an hour or so. At first I thought it was my own connection, and went to restart my router. When it was still down, I went to check using one of those 'is it down' sites - two in fact, and both of them confirmed that it was down.

    Alright, clearly it was down. I restarted my router and everything too just think that I was affected.

    I thought it was my internet connection, but I think it was a problem with the network at our ISP's data center. I tried pinging the server from a remote location, and it was successful, so I suspect that Apache (the web server software itself) likely crashed.

    ^ On a reverse IP look up, I was also able to ping it.

    I felt like your avatar looks when the site was down earlier. I instantly get worried and panicky when the site goes down this long. I simply couldn't bear to lose EC from my life. :frowning2::tears: *is pathetic*

    Our chat software is a complete piece of crap. It's unstable, unreliable and crashes incessantly and utterly randomly. I've just restarted it. :slight_smile:

    In case that worries anyone, I'm looking into a good LGBTQ therapist practically as we speak. Just waiting for their return call.
