So I have two concerns with the current chat room system. The first one is the lagg and the blank out issues. The chat often lags and doesn't always send messages people type. Sometimes when you login and you switch tabs, the chat blanks out and you have to refresh and relogin. One thing that concerns me is that the chat room uses flash. 50% of content is consumed on tablets and other mobile devices. When you use a platform that isn't supported by half of your users, that's a problem. I know you watch your databases to be synchronized but I ask that you please look at other options. Thank you.
Essentially, we share those concerns but are hesitant to implement anything when we're looking towards majorly updating the whole site in the relatively near future. Unfortunately, there won't be any implementations until that as a whole gets sorted.
