Hullo there. I've been wondering, why is it that there is only 15 minutes for you to edit a post? And what counts as advertisement? Are we allowed to share/recommend sites that aren't ours? I quick searched for topics concerning this, and I didn't seem to find any. But, apologies in advance if this has already been asked and/or covered.
I guess because if many people reply and then you edit it it will confuse people. And adverting is like advertising youtube channels, products etc. you can link to stuff which isnt yours as long as it doesnt break CoC ^^
The post editing limitation is part of our security policy. Generally, you can link to other sites as long as it isn't your site and does not have any way to contact you on it. If there's any doubt, please open an ask the staff thread and ask.
