You can subscribe to threads whilst making the post (there is an option beneath it), or you can subscribe after using the 'Thread Tools' whilst viewing the thread.
You can also click your username at the top right, go to the "Statistics" tab, and click on "Find all posts by ibtiamat" and that will show you all the posts that you have made.
