how to know when someone replies.

You can:
-subscribe threads
-change your settings so you get a notification if there are new answers
-go to your userprofile->statistics->find all posts
posts with new messages are marked there

I was wondering this as well.How do i find where i can get notifications? I cant see this option in my settings

-> Default Thread Subscription Mode
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Default Thread Subscription Mode:

-> you can change to:
no email notification, meaning threads you have contributed to are automatically subscribed, but no email notification

various email notifications

Well if they quote you on the same thread its a new reply and you automatically get a notification, depending on your settings.

People not necessarily quote... they might for example just write your username, and add an answer... so only relying on a quote would not be reliable...

Now I feel dumb for manually searching out the threads I've been posting in! :lol: You'd think that after two years, I would've at least tried to find the subscribe function.
