Hey guys! I know the site just got back up not too long ago, but the chatroom is still closed? Is it still under maintenance?
Hey, It's going to be closed for a short period of time whilst we ease back into the most recent downtime from maintenance. There's still quite a few issues affecting the site due to a security patch we've installed, and it's possible we may have to go down again at some point to address these issues further. We're trying to deal with as much as possible with the site set to live, but it is requiring us to operate at a minimal level in the meantime. We should be back up and running ASAP. We've got numerous peeps working at the growing list of problems that have been spotted, including the original database error.
Rightio, looks like the major bugs affecting us have now been fixed, so we're now at a stage in which we can start operating at a normal level of service again. Chat is now re-opened.
