Are new members simply unable to PM? I found this place while I was tracking down an old friend of whom I unfortunately lost contact with. Thanks in advance, DJ
You can only PM admins and mods until you become a full member. To become a full member, you have to apply for it after getting to 50 posts and two weeks of membership (if I recall correctly). Then it can take a while for them to decide whether or not to give you full membership.
