The title says it all. I was clicking through threads on my iPad and accidentally tapped the report a post button. I didn't think anything happened, but when I looked at my profile page to read something it had my status as "reporting a post". I didn't know if there was a way to undo that, but I thought I should let you know and apologize.
No worries, these things happen from time to time and we don't pay any attention to it... but thanks for letting us know.
