I recently replied to someone's thread on anonymous support area. I unchecked the "Make Post Anonymously" But when I posted the reply it appeared anonymous. To be sure I tried again, douple checked that it was unchecked and posted. With the same result. Is this an occurring problem?
I've seen a post of yours in an anonymous thread, posted by you after you posted in this thread here. It shows your name, not anonymous. So maybe it was fixed? Or it was a glitch.
That's strange! Perhaps when you 'previewed reply' it reset the Anonymous box? That happens to me a lot.
Just head over to the Anonymous Support section and/or one of it's sub-sections and hit the "New Thread" button. There should a check box on the upper right corner of the text-box in which you are gonna redact the anonymous post, if it's checked when you hit "Post Thread" then it won't appear under your username.
