There's a way to see threads! On your page, just above the wall, there should be a tab that says "statistics". From there there should be links to threads you've started, and threads you've replied to. Click on whichever is the one you need, and it's all listed there otherwise, you can subscribe to threads, and those will be under subscribed threads, though I can't remember where that's located right now.
Fairybread was just being helpful! I'm a member of staff though I just thought I'd chime in and say that the staff are working on new features which will allow you to better keep track of the threads that you've posted in. This will be part of our website redesign which hopefully isn't too far away!
