I switched ISP's about a month and a half ago, and my phone is acting up a bit with other things, but does this happen to anyone else ? It's happened 3 times now, the forums won't open, and they kinda freeze, or won't load, resetting my phone doesn't help, resetting my wifi does nothing. Reopening and re-submitting my info hasent worked either. Usually I just take it as a sign to do something else for a bit, then 20-30mins later when I open them up, no problems. It's not a major issue, but kind of annoying, my only other thought was that I only use my phone to access them, something to do with mobile vs desktop maybe ?
The backup takes place around this time each day. During the backup EC may be unresponsive (usually takes around 30mins).
I have a question. Do they do two backups a day? Cause EC becomes unresponsive at 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Yes, two a day and during those times you may struggle to do anything on EC. We know it's frustrating, but it's usually 30 minutes at the most.
I guess it's good that you do two, since we don't want a repeat of what happened last year. Also, the fact that the backups make the site unresponsive is a good way to tell people to take a break.
