Why can't posts be edited after 15 min???

    I sometimes find it frustrating when I post something and I can't edit it after 15 min have passed. Sometimes it completely changes the clarity of the post. I think it would be nice if we could edit posts at least until someone responds to the thread.

    There is a limit on how long you can edit a post after it has been posted to help maintain the no offsite contact details rule. The time-limit is there to prevent a person from sharing contact details in a post so someone can see them and editing them out later (i.e. in an effort to circumvent the rule).
